Travel management services are provided under a written service agreement between Yarn Travels and the client organisation. These terms supplement and are governed by the applicable service agreement.
All bookings are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier terms and conditions. Payment terms are specified in the client service agreement. Yarn Travels acts as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for supplier failures, cancellations, or changes beyond our control.
Cancellation and change policies are determined by individual supplier terms. Yarn Travels will endeavour to minimise penalty exposure on behalf of clients but cannot guarantee refunds or fee waivers. Our service fees for bookings that are subsequently cancelled remain payable.
Yarn Travels provides traveller tracking and emergency support as part of managed travel programmes. Clients retain ultimate responsibility for their duty-of-care obligations. Our services supplement but do not replace the client's own duty-of-care policies and procedures.
Yarn Travels' liability is limited to direct losses arising from our proven negligence, up to the value of the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from supplier failures, force majeure events, or factors outside our control.
The handling of personal data in connection with travel bookings is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients warrant that they have the necessary authorisation to share traveller personal data with Yarn Travels for booking purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Yarn Travels reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
