Who We Are

A travel partner built for institutions.

Yarn Travels is a Kathmandu-based travel management company specialising in institutional travel for development organisations, universities, and corporate clients.

Our Story

Founded in Kathmandu. Built for the sector.

Yarn Travels was established to address a gap in Nepal's travel industry: the absence of a management company with both the local expertise and the institutional rigour required by international NGOs and development organisations operating in the region.

Over the past eighteen years, we have built long-term partnerships with some of Nepal's most respected international institutions — managing everything from routine staff travel to complex multi-country retreats and high-volume conference logistics.

Our team combines deep destination knowledge with modern travel management systems, giving clients the transparency, compliance, and duty-of-care they require.

Our Values

We treat every booking as mission-critical. Our clients cannot afford disruptions.
Transparency
